Azad is driven by the thought to set a new record and he sees each new deal, regardless of price or size, as his most important one, and not only to get the highest sales price, but to make sure that all his clients are more than satisfied. Azad grew up in the Northern parts of Sweden, which explains his humble attitude and thorough approach.
Before Azad started working at ESNY, he as the “star broker” at Fastighetsbyrån and had a turnover of 10 Million SEK in only 20 months. Azad believes that there are no short cuts to success, you have to work the hardest, be the most well-informed, and be to most drive, at all time. Azad speaks not only Swedish and English, but as well Kurdish.
