Niklas Berntzon has many years of real estate experience and is one of Stockholm's most successful realtors. Both 2011 and 2005 he had the best turnover as a realtor in Sweden and The Swedish business daily, "Dagens Industri" described him as the most successful realtor both theese years. He was previously Marketing Director at Notar, there he drew attention to himself and the company when he engaged Petter, one of Sweden's most successful rap artists, and the author Ernst Brunner, to write the advertising copy for a Notar homes supplement. Niklas left Notar 2006 to become the managing director of the Scandinavian operations at FADESA, one of Europe's largest real estate companies. Today he is Managing Director for Eklund Stockholm New York. Niklas is married, has two daughters and lives in Äppelviken, Bromma.
